Key Responsibilities: Create 2D design layouts including floor plans, furniture layouts, electrical plans, false ceiling layouts, tile patterns, and elevations. Prepare presentation drawings and working drawings for residential, commercial, or retail interior projects. Interpret design concepts and convert them into detailed CAD drawings. Collaborate with architects, 3D designers, and project teams to ensure accuracy in design execution. Coordinate with site engineers to resolve any design-related site issues. Revise and update drawings based on client feedback and site changes. Maintain drawing documentation and ensure all versions are saved and organized. Ensure designs align with functional requirements, aesthetics, and technical specifications. Maintain consistency in drawing standards and formats. Skills and Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Interior Design / Architecture. 1–4 years of experience in 2D interior drafting or design. Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must; knowledge of SketchUp or Photoshop is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Oversee civil and interior execution at project sites as per approved drawings and BOQ. Coordinate with architects, interior designers, MEP teams, and contractors. Inspect and supervise installation of partitions, ceilings, flooring, plumbing, and other civil work. Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards at all times. Manage site labor and material requirements efficiently. Monitor daily work progress and report to project management. Resolve on-site technical issues in collaboration with the design/engineering team. Conduct site measurements and verification of contractor bills. Ensure timely execution and handover of projects within budget. Liaise with vendors and subcontractors for timely delivery and installation. Verify shop drawings and as-built drawings. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering. 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out, construction, or civil projects. Good understanding of civil engineering principles and interior construction detailing. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Excel, and reading technical drawings.
