Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager / Sales Manager for our Surat branch. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the freight forwarding, shipping, and EXIM industry, with a strong understanding of market trends, client acquisition, and international logistics operations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth in freight forwarding and EXIM services. Identify and build strong relationships with new clients, traders, exporters, and importers. Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives. Generate new business leads and convert them into long-term partnerships. Maintain excellent client relationships and provide after-sales support. Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to provide accurate and competitive quotes. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in BDM/Sales roles within freight forwarding, customs clearance, or shipping lines. Strong understanding of export-import procedures, logistics chain, and documentation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed targets. Self-motivated and result-oriented with a customer-centric mindset.
