West Coast Frozen Foods Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Trainee Technologist to join our QA team at our shrimp processing plant. Key Responsibilities: Perform real-time, on-line quality checks during various stages of shrimp processing. Conduct sample collection, preparation, and analysis for microbiological, chemical, and antibiotic parameters. Accurately record and report all on-line quality analysis data to relevant departments in a timely manner. Update and maintain daily QA records and reports within internal systems. Assist in maintaining documentation required for internal audits, external certifications, and regulatory inspections. Support the QA team in implementing and following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and good manufacturing practices (GMP). Qualifications: M.F.Sc. / M.Sc. in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Zoology , or other Life Science disciplines . Basic knowledge of food safety standards, microbiological testing, and laboratory protocols is preferred.
