Company Name : Electropath Services India Pvt Ltd Job Title: Electrical Site SUPERVISOR Project: RDSS / MSKVY Locations: Jawala Takli Loni Manjara Togri Todga malwati jawala ashiv ( latur ) salegaon nandgoan (dharashiv )dapka takli todga togri yenegur nilanga apply near by candidate Experience: 1 to 3 years preferred (Freshers with good knowledge may also apply) Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering Job Responsibilities: Site Execution: Supervise and manage day-to-day activities at the site for 11kV / 33kV feeder bays , HT pole erection, and overhead line works. Oversee HT/LT cabling and proper termination as per electrical standards. Monitor erection and installation of electrical equipment such as transformers, RMUs, VCBs, and switchgear. Project Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and vendors for timely material availability. Liaise with the project manager and report daily site progress, work schedules, and issues. Quality and Safety: Ensure all work is done as per safety norms and MSEDCL / REC quality standards. Conduct routine inspections to ensure the proper execution of electrical works. Documentation: Maintain site records including DPR (Daily Progress Report), material receipts (MRN), and installation checklists. Support in preparing measurement sheets and assisting billing engineers. Technical Supervision: Read and interpret electrical drawings and layouts for feeder bay and substation work. Identify technical issues and coordinate solutions with design/technical teams. Other Responsibilities: Ensure adherence to RDSS / MSKVY project timelines and milestone completion. Coordinate during testing and commissioning of feeder lines and associated equipment. Skills Required: Hands-on experience in HT/LT line erection , pole installation, cable laying, and equipment installation. Ability to manage manpower and ensure proper resource utilization. Proficiency in MS Excel , Word , and use of mobile apps for reporting and photo documentation.
