Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Associate with at least 1 year of experience to support our sales and partnership efforts. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for relationship-building, and a hunger to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities. Generate leads through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking. Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitches. Maintain client relationships and ensure timely follow-ups. Work closely with internal teams to understand service offerings and align solutions with client needs. Track sales metrics and report on pipeline progress. Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to represent Dexxion. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field. 1+ year of experience in business development, sales, or client engagement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a fast learner. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
