Deliver structured and engaging sessions in simple language, adapted to the local context and audience. Conduct group meetings, workshops, and local campaigns to create awareness about financial products and company values. Coordinate with branch teams to schedule customer awareness drives and community outreach sessions. Provide product knowledge training to frontline employees to ensure accurate and effective customer communication. Collect feedback from customers and employees to improve training content and methods. Maintain detailed records of visits, sessions conducted, attendance, feedback received, and areas of improvement. Represent Omega Financial’s brand in the field and build trust among customers through consistent messaging and presence.
