Quality Control & Consistency Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and plating. Monitor customer preferences and adapt recipes accordingly. Inventory & Cost Control Manage stock efficiently and coordinate with the purchase team. Help in controlling food wastage and managing food costs smartly. Customer Experience (If Required) Take feedback on Chinese dishes from customers and suggest improvements.
