Job Summary:The Account Executive is responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, ensuring accurate billing, and assisting with audits and compliance. Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers. Handle daily data entry of sales, purchases, and expenses. Process invoices, receipts, and payments. Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies. Assist with GST, TDS, and other tax filings. Coordinate with clients and vendors for account settlements. Support monthly and yearly closings. Prepare financial reports as required by management. Assist in budgeting and forecasting. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Required Skills:Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks). Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role. Certification in accounting software is a plus.
