We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to oversee and manage civil engineering projects including road construction, water supply networks, and related infrastructure works. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising site activities, managing subcontractors, ensuring timely measurements, and preparing bills as per contractual norms. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and execute civil works including road construction, water supply lines, stormwater drains, and other utilities. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure quality and timely execution of works. Verify measurements on-site and maintain proper records for billing and verification. Prepare and check running account (RA) bills, final bills, and support documentation as per contract terms. Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports. Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards. Assist in quantity estimation, preparation of BOQs, and resource planning. Manage site materials, equipment, and ensure optimal utilization. Address any technical issues and provide practical solutions on-site. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering. 3+ years of experience in roadworks, utilities (drainage, waterline etc), and site execution. Hands-on experience in subcontractor management, quantity surveying, and billing. Good knowledge of CPWD/MORTH specifications, IS codes, and relevant standards. Strong communication, leadership, and documentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities. Salary: As per industry standards (Negotiable based on experience)
