Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing the complete HR function within a press shop environment, including recruitment, statutory compliance, employee relations, and workplace safety. Plays a key role in managing labor force dynamics and supporting production efficiency through effective human resource practices. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Staffing Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs. Manage end-to-end recruitment for operators, supervisors, and support staff.
