Designation: Lead Process Engineer Location: Vadodara, Gujarat Experience Required: 14+ years Core Responsibilities Preferred Industry - Oil & Gas, EPC, Refinery, Petrochemical As a Lead Process Engineer , you will be responsible for overseeing process engineering activities across projects with a strong focus on design control, team supervision, coordination, and client interfacing. Review and approve technical documents such as: Technical Proposals, Feasibility Reports, and Design Basis Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) & Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) Equipment Sizing, Data Sheets, and Utility Balances Control Valve, PSV, and Rupture Disk Sizing Flare System Design and Line Sizing Plot Plans and Thermal Design Calculations for Heat Exchangers Attend project contract reviews and kickoff meetings Review licensor design packages and interface procedures Estimate engineering man-hours and prepare schedule Leadership & Team Supervision Lead, guide, and assign responsibilities to Engineers and Designers Organize the engineering project team structure Provide technical supervision and ensure deliverables meet quality standards Implement corrective actions for non-conformances and QA audit findings Documentation & Quality Assurance Ensure compliance with company and client standards, codes, and regulations Manage internal audits and interface with subcontractors Handle control of outgoing/incoming documents and project records Stakeholder Coordination Interface with internal teams (LEs/JEs, Modelers, Designers) Communicate and coordinate with Clients, Licensors, Contractors, and Vendors Handle external and internal correspondence for technical matters Interested professionals can directly APPLY on below link.
