Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven, and forward-thinking MSCC Operator to join our amazing culture at our Ottawa location. In this role, the MSCC Operator will be responsible for providing professional quality customer service while verifying and/or notifying customers and potentially dispatching the authorities (Police, Fire, Ambulance, and/or Guard service) promptly upon the receipt of an alarm signal whether via traditional point to point, access control or CCTV. Scope of work includes providing excellent customer and monitoring services to existing customers. This is a full-time, overnight position from 11pm – 7am, Sunday to Thursday every week. What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience” Responds to security alarm signals received via customer’s alarm panels and follows the specific instructions as defined in the customer account or in accordance with the company’s standard operating procedure. Answers telephone calls from customers in a fast-paced environment providing information. Inputs basic data entry changes as required Informs shift Supervisor immediately of any problems. Creates work orders from clients’ verbal or email requests as required. Dispatches technicians for service requests as required. Maintains a clean work area and reports any equipment problems immediately. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Need Customer Focus – Maintaining awareness of and seeking to meet of the needs and wants of the customer Excellent communication skills both oral and written in English. French is an asset. Must be able to be security cleared to a minimum of Reliability status. Must be able to work any assigned shifts as required by the specific position. Must be comfortable working alone or with other people. Good adaptability – respond effectively to changes in situation or information Comfortable and competent in a fast paced multi-task environment. Strong attention to detail. Good understanding of personal computers and conventional software programs. Accurate typing skills. Ability to follow specific instructions. Understanding and appreciation of the serious nature of security industry- Asset. Must learn or have a basic understanding of alarm panels and components, CCTV and access control systems. Maintain a positive attitude, be punctual and have an excellent attendance record. Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent. Minimum one year in an office or MSCC environment. Responsibilities: Be a subject matter expert for the construction team on environmental requirements pertaining to construction projects inside substations and on rights-of-way Ensure worksites are environmentally compliant based on the work scope and environmental requirements/limitations Know all environmental permit requirements to help the team close out all permits at project completion Identify and work with the construction team to resolve all environmental deficiencies Be proactive with project sites in the face of impending weather events to avoid environmental issues Understand environmental compliance pertaining to state and federal regulations and requirements and the consequences of non-compliance Be able to come up with solutions to field issues resulting in environmental non-compliance and put an action plan in place for the construction team to follow Work with other construction site coordinators to help them understand how the project work will impact the environment and what safeguards are needed to ensure environmental compliance Ability to perform all electronic administrative requirements: All reporting is electronic in nature and requires regular use of email, Microsoft Office and Teams, and client-based programs such as Unifier and Intelex. About Branch Banking: The branches act as the face of Axis Bank for millions of retail customers and is, hence, an integral part of the Bank’s strategy. Branches play a major role in deposit mobilization from New-To-Bank (NTB) customers, and are also core drivers of the Bank’s customer engagement strategy across products and services. About the Role: As a part of the branch banking team, Branch Relationship Officers (BROs) are responsible for providing financial solutions to customer by offering bank’s products, providing service to existing and New To bank customers in the branch and adding new customers through referral generation activities and customer visits. They will be required to use their communication skills to add new customers and Cross Sell of Bank products. As part of daily cadence, BROs are required to engage with existing customers of Bank which are mapped to their portfolio for offering additional products of the bank as per the need of the customer. Boswell Engineering, one of the largest New Jersey based multi-disciplined engineering firms, is seeking additional Construction Site Coordinators with Electric Utilities experience in West Virginia (WV) in 2025. Direct Applicants Only - No Agency referrals will be considered. Responsibilities: Oversee contractors working on electric distribution facilities at major electric utility sites. Work includes construction of and modifications to below and above grade facilities including work in electrical substations and overhead facilities in private and public Right-Of-Way. Experience working for an electric utility or as a lineman or construction oversight is required. Experience performing construction inspection is highly preferred. These positions entail working in the field providing oversight on contractor’s operations which will be at Utility Clients sites in WV. Administrative work is highly electronic in nature and necessary, which includes tracking contractors labor and equipment, reviewing invoices and change orders, generating detailed daily reports, tracking, and doing inventory on materials, preparing, and reviewing switching orders and anything else to coordinate and facilitate the work.
