Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain CNC Router machines for cutting and shaping materials like acrylic, MDF, ACP, foam board, etc. Interpret design files (DXF, DWG, etc.) and ensure accurate execution as per job requirements. Prepare materials and load them correctly on the machine table with proper alignment and clamping. Monitor the machine during operation to ensure efficiency and quality output. Perform quality checks and measurements post-cutting to confirm adherence to design specifications. Maintain cleanliness and routine maintenance of CNC equipment to ensure smooth operation. Collaborate with the design and fabrication team to resolve technical or production issues. Follow all safety procedures and standards while working with machinery and materials.
