We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 9 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in business development and sales. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase loyalty and retention. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Job Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in business development or sales. Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including banking and insurance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is an advantage.
