SEO Strategy : Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings on Google and other search engines. Key Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, focusing on Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM and SMM. Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and techniques. Job Description : We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team at ipshopy. As the Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial transactions of the platform, including but not limited to sales, commissions, refunds, payouts to sellers and accounting for our internal operations. Your role will be crucial to ensuring the accuracy and transparency of financial data for both the company and our sellers. Key Responsibilities: Financial Record Keeping: Manage daily financial transactions for the platform, ensuring that all sales, commissions and fees are accurately recorded in Tally ERP . Maintain ledgers for both internal transactions and transactions between sellers and customers in Tally. Track incoming and outgoing payments for all sellers on the platform using Tally’s integrated features. Seller Pay outs & Commissions: Calculate and process seller pay outs using Tally, ensuring that commissions, fees and any applicable taxes are deducted. Provide sellers with clear and timely reports on their earnings and deductions through Tally. Invoicing & Taxation: Issue invoices to sellers and customers through Tally ERP, ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations. Ensure VAT/GST or other sales tax requirements are properly calculated and recorded in Tally. Collaborate with external tax advisors for tax filings and reports. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports using Tally for internal analysis and management review. Bank Reconciliations & Payment Gateway Management: Perform regular bank reconciliations using Tally to ensure accuracy in financial records.
