You must align with the Vail Police Department’s core values: Integrity Excellence Collaboration Leadership You Should Also Demonstrate A strong work history in a related field. 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university (BA or BS degree preferred). Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are highly preferred. 21 years of age or older at the time of academy graduation.
