Job Summary: We are seeking a professional and proactive Receptionist cum Office Admin Assistant to join our dynamic event management team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors while providing administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of the office and event-related tasks. Key Responsibilities: Reception Duties: Greet and welcome clients, guests, and visitors in a professional manner. Answer and direct incoming calls and respond to inquiries promptly. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, couriers, and deliveries. Administrative Support: Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and event briefings. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Maintain proper filing systems, both physical and digital.
