Role & responsibilities We are seeking a proactive and technically-inclined Telesales Executive to join our sales team. You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and converting opportunities into sales for our engineering services. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication skills with an understanding of engineering concepts to deliver value-driven sales conversations. Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to promote engineering services (e.g., CAD design, prototyping, project consulting, automation, etc.) Understand client requirements and provide technical information or connect with engineering experts for deeper discussions Set up appointments or demos for senior sales or technical teams Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities using CRM software Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels to maintain engagement Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs (e.g., calls made, meetings booked, deals closed) Provide market and customer feedback to the business development and product teams Required skills and qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales or inside sales, ideally within engineering or B2B services Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of engineering services and technical terminology Goal-driven and comfortable working in a target-based environment
