🎯 Role Objective:To drive membership growth, partnerships, and brand visibility for the Club by developing and executing integrated sales and marketing strategies. This role involves lead generation, conversion, event planning, branding, and relationship management to achieve revenue and growth targets. Key Responsibilities:📈 Sales & Business Development:Identify and pursue opportunities to increase club membership (individual, corporate, or family). Pitch and close deals with corporate clients, event partners, and sponsors. Create and manage a sales pipeline and maintain a client database (CRM). Develop referral programs, loyalty programs, and strategic offers to boost enrollments. Conduct sales meetings, club tours, presentations, and negotiation with potential members. Build strong relationships with current members to upsell services or secure renewals. 📢 Marketing & Brand Promotion:Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns (digital ads, emailers, local newspapers, etc.). Manage social media platforms, club website updates, and content marketing. Organize events, workshops, and club activities to attract new audiences. Liaise with designers, content creators, and agencies to create promotional material. Track marketing ROI and optimize based on campaign performance. 🤝 Strategic Alliances & Partnerships:Collaborate with local businesses, schools, housing societies, and hotels for cross-promotions or tie-ups. Forge sponsorships and barter deals for events, festivals, and sports tournaments.
