What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities) Leadership & Supervision: Lead and supervise multi-disciplinary commissioning teams within assigned areas, ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Direct commissioning personnel, contractors, and vendors in the safe execution of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation commissioning tasks. Planning & Execution: Develop and implement detailed area-specific commissioning plans, schedules, and procedures. Lead the execution of pre-commissioning and commissioning activities within assigned areas of the facility. Ensure all systems, subsystems, and equipment are fully tested, calibrated, and functional according to design specifications and operational readiness. Safety & Compliance: Promote and enforce a safety-first culture on-site, ensuring that all commissioning activities are carried out in full compliance with safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and company procedures. Review and evaluate safety risk assessments and ensure that hazards are mitigated.
