The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting wallpapers and other interior products, provide expert guidance, and ensure a seamless buying experience. Showroom location: Faras Road, Zingabai Takli, Mankapur, Nagpur. Candidates living nearby are preferred. Job timings: 11am to 8pm. Key Responsibilities: Customer Assistance: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations on wallpapers, wall coverings, and other interior products. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, trends, and installation techniques to offer professional advice. Sales & Transactions: Handle inquiries, negotiate pricing, and process sales transactions smoothly. Showroom Management: Maintain product displays, keep the showroom organized, and ensure an attractive presentation. Stock Monitoring: Assist in inventory tracking and replenishment of stock as needed. Follow-Ups: Build and maintain strong customer relationships by following up on inquiries and orders. Coordination: Work with vendors, designers, and suppliers to manage customer requirements. Requirements: Prior experience in sales, retail, or interior design is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively. Interest or knowledge in wallpapers, home décor, or interior products . Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers simultaneously. Basic computer skills for billing and inventory management.
