Key Responsibilities: Customer Assistance: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations on wallpapers, wall coverings, and other interior products. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, trends, and installation techniques to offer professional advice. Sales & Transactions: Handle inquiries, negotiate pricing, and process sales transactions smoothly. Showroom Management: Maintain product displays, keep the showroom organized, and ensure an attractive presentation. Stock Monitoring: Assist in inventory tracking and replenishment of stock as needed. Follow-Ups: Build and maintain strong customer relationships by following up on inquiries and orders.
