🧱 Architect Role in Construction Projects 📍Location: Gomati Nagar, Vibhuti Khand, Lucknow 🕒 Job Type: Full-Time 📅 Experience: 3+ Years 🧩 1. Design & Planning · Understand client requirements, budget, and site constraints. · Create conceptual drawings, site plans, floor plans, elevations, and sections. · Develop 3D designs and walkthroughs. · Ensure Vastu, climate, and functionality considerations are met. 📐 2. Technical Drawings & Documentation Provide detailed architectural drawings for construction teams (with dimensions, levels, materials, etc.). Coordinate with structural, electrical, plumbing drawings (MEP integration). Prepare documents for municipal approvals, LDA/Awas Vikas, or RERA submissions. 🛠️ 3. Site Supervision & Coordination Conduct site visits to ensure construction follows approved drawings. Resolve on-site issues or design clarifications. Collaborate with contractors, civil engineers, interior designers, vendors. Modify designs as needed based on actual site conditions. 🏛️ 4. Legal Compliance & Permits Ensure compliance with: Local Building Bye-laws Fire & safety norms Green building or sustainability guidelines (optional) 💬 5. Client Communication Present designs to clients. Gather feedback and revise accordingly. Minimum 4–7 years of experience in spare parts operations, preferably in the two-wheeler sector. Proficiency in inventory software (like SAP, Advance Excel ). Skills Required: Strong knowledge of two-wheeler spare parts, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving ability. Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools.
