Key Responsibilities: 🖥️ Hardware & System Operations: • Assembling desktop computer systems • Identifying and replacing faulty components (RAM, motherboard, SMPS, HDD/SSD, etc.) • Installing Windows / Linux OS and third-party software • Formatting, OS booting via pen drives, and driver setups 🌐 Networking: • Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS • Configuring and troubleshooting routers (TP-Link, D-Link, etc.) • Maintaining wired/wireless connectivity and resolving on-site internet issues 📡 Field Support & Project Installations: • Installation & troubleshooting of: • SPACS Calling Terminals • CCTV Cameras, NVR, Display Screens • IPPA Systems (Integrated Public Paging Announcement) • Interacting with school staff, explaining equipment usage • Reporting service logs and coordinating with HO tech team • Visiting new schools/sites for survey, installation, service & AMC support Other Requirements: • 100% touring job – must be ready for long-distance travel anytime • Must be physically fit, hardworking & self-managed • Should be unmarried or without family responsibilities due to travel-based nature • Familiarity with Hindi and regional dialects will be useful • Strong discipline, reporting skills & dedication expected.
