We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tekla Modeller / CAD Designer to contribute to our steel structure projects. Key Responsibilities: Create accurate and detailed 3D models of steel structures, including PEBs and Space Frame Structures, using Tekla Structures. Generate comprehensive 2D fabrication drawings, erection drawings, and general arrangement drawings from Tekla models and/or directly in AutoCAD. Ensure all models and drawings comply with project specifications, industry standards, and relevant building codes. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and fabricators to ensure design intent and constructability are met. Perform clash detection and resolve any modeling or detailing issues. Prepare material lists (BOMs), weight estimations and other necessary reports from Tekla models. Maintain organized project files and documentation. Assist in reviewing and checking drawings produced by other team members. Continuously learn and apply new software features and industry best practices to improve efficiency and quality. Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Tekla Structures Modelling for steel structures. Minimum of 2 years of experience in AutoCAD , specifically for drafting and detailing. Proficiency in creating, modifying, and managing 3D models and 2D drawings. Strong understanding of steel detailing principles, connections, and fabrication processes. Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and civil drawings. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and teamwork skills. Advantageous Skills (Optional but Preferred): Experience in steel structure designing (conceptual and/or detailed design) using AutoCAD. Knowledge of relevant Indian and international building codes for steel structures. Experience with other structural analysis or design software.
