Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning & Development:Design and implement a comprehensive sports and physical education curriculum aligned with CBSE guidelines. Develop strategic plans for sports programs, competitions, and infrastructure enhancement. Establish a long-term vision for promoting a sports culture within the school. Identify and implement best practices in sports education and training. Program Implementation & Management:Organize and oversee inter-school, intra-school, and state/national level competitions. Ensure the proper scheduling of sports activities during school hours and extracurricular sessions. Develop coaching schedules and training modules for different sports disciplines. Monitor students’ progress and performance in sports activities. Infrastructure & Resource Management:Ensure the availability, maintenance, and proper usage of sports facilities and equipment. Collaborate with the school management to upgrade sports facilities and procure necessary equipment. Ensure safety standards and guidelines are followed in all sports activities. Talent Identification & Development:Identify and nurture talented students for competitive sports. Collaborate with external coaches, academies, and organizations to provide specialized training. Maintain records of students' participation, achievements, and sports inventory. Ensure compliance with school policies and regulatory guidelines.
