Required Skills  Strong experience in building SaaS platforms, preferably with cloud-based solutions  Hands-on coding skills (60% of the role)  Ability to design system architectures (30-40% of the role)  Proficiency in Python, Django/Flask  Experience with AWS and cloud technologies  Understanding of system design principles like 12-factor applications and CAP theorem  Preferably with product development background (not IT management)  Healthcare product development experience is a plus, but not mandatory.  Capable of explaining technology choices and system design decisions  Comfortable with technologies like React, AWS, and potentially CI/CD tools.
