Coordinate with courier partners (Shiprocket, Amazon, Porter, etc.). Ensure timely handover and dispatch TAT (same-day/next-day). 4. FBA / FBF / Warehouse DispatchCoordinate with Amazon for FBA and Flipkart for FBF shipments. Handle inwarding, packaging, and ASN generation. Maintain Excel sheets for dispatched, pending, and in-transit FBA/FBF shipments. 5. Logistics & Courier CoordinationTrack shipments, resolve delays, and escalate NDRs and lost orders. Claim SLA breach or weight discrepancies with logistics partners.
