Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans for domestic and export markets. Lead the sales team in achieving monthly and annual revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, real estate developers, and exporters. Identify new business opportunities, including new geographies and product applications (e.g., flooring, cladding, landscaping). Analyze market trends, competitor products, and pricing to position our offerings effectively. Represent the company in trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings. Work closely with the production and logistics team to ensure timely order execution. Ensure CRM system is up to date with lead status, follow-ups, and sales pipeline. Key Skills & Requirements: Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in the natural stone or building materials industry. Strong network and market understanding of the natural stone sector (Kota stone, sandstone,Basalt, granite, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Experience in both B2B and export sales is highly desirable. Proficiency in sales tools, MS Excel, and CRM systems.
