Enhancing patient experience during their stay at Alpha Healing Center. 2. Ensuring compliance to treatment post – discharge. 3. Strengthening the interface with the family. Family Interface: 1. First point of contact with family members. 2. Address all family related concerns during patient stay. Coordinate with clinical team for medical concerns.
