The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accounts, handling vouchers, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial policies. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions (cash, bank, ledger) Handle billing, receipts, payments, and petty cash management Prepare and submit monthly financial and expense reports Ensure GST, TDS, and statutory compliances Assist in budget preparation and internal audits Maintain documents for audits and fund utilization Use accounting software like Tally or Excel-based reporting Required Qualifications: B.Com/M.Com or Diploma in Accounting/Finance Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (NGO or rural project experience preferred) Proficient in Tally ERP, Excel, and MS Office Knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance Attention to detail and ability to work independently Basic communication in Hindi; English preferred for reporting Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
