You will be responsible for assisting customers, demonstrating products, and ensuring excellent after-sales support for our premium range of kitchen appliances. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Explain features, benefits, and usage of Prestige products such as pressure cookers, gas stoves, induction cooktops, mixer grinders, chimneys, etc. Demonstrate appliances and help customers make purchase decisions based on their needs. Achieve monthly sales targets set by the store manager. Maintain product displays, stock levels, and cleanliness of the showroom. Handle billing, invoicing, and product packaging. Collect customer feedback and provide excellent after-sales service. Keep up-to-date with new product launches and technical specifications. Coordinate with service technicians for installations or product servicing. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline. Experience in retail showroom or kitchen appliances sales preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-first approach with a pleasing personality.
