Position Overview We are looking for a highly motivated and performance-oriented Sales Executive/ Sales Trainee to join our team in Multiple Locations as mentioned. You will play a key role in driving sales growth in the region by identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and offering tailored energy solutions to clients. This role requires a mix of consultative selling, technical know-how, and local market experience. Key Responsibilities Sales Generation & Revenue Growth: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across residential, SME, commercial, and industrial segments. Client Engagement: Conduct site visits, understand customer power needs, provide suitable product recommendations, and deliver compelling presentations and demos. Market Development: Build and maintain a network of channel partners, dealers, builders, facility managers, and industry stakeholders within Chandigarh and adjoining areas. Pipeline Management: Manage follow-ups, and track leads through the full sales lifecycle—from enquiry to closure and post-sale handoff. Feedback & Reporting: Capture on-ground insights and competitor intelligence, and share periodic performance reports with the management team. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B or technical sales—preferably in energy, electrical, or industrial solutions. Strong understanding of energy backup systems, inverters, batteries, or renewable energy products. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
