_Job Description Waffler & Silver Waffler A steward is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining areas, and ensuring the efficient functioning of back-of-house operations. They assist with washing dishes, setting up, and cleaning. Key Responsibilities: Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas. Wash dishes, pots, pans, glassware, and silverware. Ensure the kitchen and dining areas are stocked with necessary items. Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service.
