Regularly update therapy goals and strategies in collaboration with the healthcare team. 3) Collaboration & Parent Involvement: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including pediatricians, special educators, and family members to ensure a comprehensive treatment approach. Educate and guide parents on effective communication strategies and home-based therapy techniques to support their child’s development. Organize regular case reviews and interdisciplinary meetings to optimize patient care. 4) Continuous Learning & Adaptation: Stay updated on the latest advances and methodologies in pediatric speech therapy. Attend workshops, seminars, and in-house training sessions to enhance skills and integrate innovative techniques into everyday practice. Be open to learning and implementing new therapeutic methods to improve treatment outcomes. Qualifications: 1) Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Telugu and English. 2) Special Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
