Key Responsibilities: Receive and handle incoming customer calls promptly and professionally. Provide brief and clear information about the company and its products/machinery. Understand customer needs and requirements thoroughly. Guide customers on product features, benefits, and usage to facilitate informed purchasing decisions. Assist customers in the buying process, addressing questions and concerns effectively. Record all customer interactions, data, and transaction details accurately in the computer system. Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions. Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and build rapport. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service quality. Qualifications: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi & Gujarati.
