Responsibilities  Brainstorm with the design team to come up with new graphic and video ideas, patterns and styles.  Use various colors, graphics and effects to better visualize each concept.  Refine designs with illustration software.  Ensure that printed illustrations meet quality and colour standards.  Stay up-to-date with new design techniques and software.  Create activewear apparel designs updated to current fashion trends.  Strong analytical ability to create trendy sportswear designs.  Prepare rough drafts according to requirements.  Actively undertake market research to stand strong in graphic and video advertisement trends. Preferred skills and qualifications  Three or more years of experience in professional graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency/ clothing brand/D2C brand.  Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills  Excellent communication and presentation skills  Organisational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment  Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related field discipline  Solid knowledge of image editing and digital sketching software, like Photoshop, InDesign and Adobe Illustrator.
