Key Responsibilities : Identify and generate new business opportunities in B2B and government sectors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, EPC companies, electrical consultants, and government agencies. Conduct site visits, product presentations, and client meetings to pitch transformer solutions. Handle sales inquiries, provide quotations, and follow up with leads until closure. Manage end-to-end sales cycle including negotiation, order finalization, and after-sales support. Plan and execute marketing strategies including exhibitions, digital campaigns, and offline promotions. Maintain sales records and prepare regular reports on targets, achievements, and market feedback. Coordinate with the technical and production teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field. Proven track record in sales/marketing, preferably in electrical equipment or power sector. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Willingness to travel locally and regionally for client meetings and events.
