Job Summary : A NICU Technician assists nurses and doctors in providing specialized care to critically ill or premature newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The role includes equipment handling, basic clinical support, maintaining hygiene standards, and assisting with neonatal procedures. Key Responsibilities : Assist in the daily care and monitoring of neonates in the NICU. Operate, clean, and maintain NICU equipment like warmers, incubators, CPAP, ventilators, infusion pumps, etc. Support nurses and doctors during procedures and emergencies. Maintain accurate records of procedures, equipment usage, and baby details. Ensure all equipment is functional, sterilized, and ready for use. Assist with feeding, diapering, and handling of newborns under supervision. Maintain strict infection control and hygiene practices.
