Job Description: Responsible for Planning for (Preventive Maintenance) of equipment and confirm it with Production as per operational availability. Lubrication checking of Critical equipment like (Homogenizer, Cream Separator, Gear Boxes, Compressors etc.,). Responsible for the preventive Maintenance of Pasteurizer, Fill pack Machines, Milk Pumps & Compressors etc., Checking of Conveyor alignment, abnormal noise and vibration of machines. Responsible for checking of normal movement of horizontal & vertical Jaw, bearing condition, oil leakages & color changes. Responsible for monitoring the wear and tear of conveyor chain & sprockets, wheel condition of rotating equipments. Responsible for maintaining and updating all the records & logs relevant to standards. Responsible for monitoring the proper dispose of waste oil. Job Purpose: Ensure the Stocks are received from the production in good order and condition as per standard. Ensure that the segregated FGS are being stored & preserved as per standards. To issue FG stock to dispatch . Principal Accountabilities Physical receipt and verification of product ,quantity, Batch no in SAP as declared in the FGS transfer note. Day wise / weekly FG physical stock Vs SAP stock reconciliation must be done. Ensure there should not be any deviation in FG physical Vs SAP stock. Ensure there should not be expiry stock stored in the FG warehouse through stock aging status once in 7days. Based on dispatch department indent with the approval for In charge of dispatch & warehouse, released FGS will be handed over to dispatch in pallet wise. The same Stock will be transferred to dispatch through SAP for billing purpose and the Same quantity will be reduced in manual stock register. Key Responsibilities: Security & Access Control Supervise front gate operations and manage the security team for 24x7 perimeter vigilance. Infrastructure & Utility Management Ensure uninterrupted water supply, drainage, sanitation systems, and basic plant utility maintenance. Identify and escalate infrastructure repair and upkeep requirements in a timely manner. Migrant Labour Coordination Manage onboarding, accommodation (if any), and work discipline of migrant labourers from other states. Liaise with HR and local authorities for ID verification, safety orientation, and grievance redressal. General Estate & Premises Upkeep Conduct daily rounds across the facility for cleanliness, upkeep, and rule enforcement. Report any abnormalities or breaches in plant maintenance or safety to management. Focus on continuous operation and maintenance activity in the plant. Performing validations (installation and operation qualification) for the equipment. Technical evaluation of client requirement, Interlock write up as per the requirement and reviewing the interlock write up. Installation and commissioning of field instruments like Temperature, pressure, conductivity, pH, flow, level sensors and performing their calibration. Reviewing the General assembly drawings. Reviewing the isometric drawings. Preparing & reviewing the instrument data sheets.
