Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations, assist in financial reporting, and help ensure accurate and timely record-keeping in accordance with company policies and accounting principles. Key Responsibilities :Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports Process accounts payable and receivable transactions Reconcile bank statements and general ledger entries Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures Maintain organized financial records and documentation Support internal and external audits Prepare and submit tax filings and compliance documents as needed Handle data entry and help with budget tracking Assist senior accountants and finance team with ad-hoc tasks Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 0–2 years of relevant work experience Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Skills (Optional):Experience with accounting software Internship or previous experience in an accounting/finance role Knowledge of tax regulations and financial compliance
