Position: Sales Manager Company: Fynday Projects LLP Location: Kochi, Kerala Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in real estate sales Qualification: Bachelor's degree preferred (Business/Marketing/Real Estate) Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end sales of premium villas and residential projects Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets Lead follow-up with leads generated from campaigns and inquiries Conduct site visits, explain project details, and build strong client relationships Negotiate deals, assist with documentation, and close sales efficiently Maintain records using CRM tools and provide regular sales reports Assist in managing Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
