We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Receivables Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Emerging Enterprise Banking. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the daily operations of branch receivables. Develop and implement strategies to improve receivable management processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues. Analyze and report on receivable performance metrics to senior management. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Lead and motivate a team of receivables professionals to achieve business objectives. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws governing the BFSI industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with accounting software and systems. Strong leadership and team management skills. A graduate or postgraduate degree is required for this position.
