The Civil Surveyor will be responsible for carrying out precise land and structural surveys to ensure alignment with project drawings, specifications, and engineering requirements. Key Responsibilities: Conduct topographical, boundary, and layout surveys using Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and other equipment. Interpret civil engineering drawings and set out levels, alignments, and coordinates on-site as per design. Prepare and maintain detailed survey records, logs, and as-built drawings. Collaborate with site engineers, civil supervisors, and contractors to ensure accuracy in construction. Ensure proper survey control and benchmarks are established and maintained. Regularly monitor and verify structural alignment, elevation, and positions during construction activities. Assist in volume calculations (cutting/filling) and provide accurate reports to the planning and billing departments. Ensure survey equipment is calibrated, maintained, and stored correctly.
