For 12 weeks, founders, mentors, and our core team live and build together in remote, stunning locations — from Day 0 to Demo Day. We don’t just accelerate startups. We build the founder journey. As Community Experience Manager, you'll be the soul of our village — curating touchpoints, rituals, and memories that turn a group of founders into a tribe. Responsibilities: Experience Design: Lead signature community experiences — Onboarding Day, Demo Day, workshops, podcast recordings, co-curriculars, and founder circles. Founder Journey: Manage the entire 90-day founder experience, from pre-arrival kits to post-program follow-ups. Community Culture: Foster the “Tavastra Tribe” by embedding community fair practices, DE&I principles, and inclusive rituals that spark belonging and peer support. Mentor & Guest Magic: Create seamless, delightful journeys for mentors, investors, and visiting faculty. Feedback Loops: Design systems for real-time insight — pulse checks, surveys, check-ins — and optimize continuously. Ops Sync: Partner with Program and Ops teams to ensure every community experience lands smoothly. Story Capture: Facilitate authentic community-generated content — from casual conversations to cohort memories Program Format Tavastra runs three accelerator cohorts a year , each with: 3 months residential (Chail or rotating campus) 1 month WFH for wrap-up and reset This is a full-time, year-round role that rides this 3+1 cycle across cohorts.
