We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our engineering workshop. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of machining processes, engineering drawings, and production workflows. Key Responsibilities: Allocate daily jobs to machinists and workshop staff based on priority Interpret engineering drawings and ensure accurate job execution Supervise machining, fitting, and fabrication work as per production requirements Monitor and manage the production schedule to ensure timely delivery Maintain quality standards and adherence to safety practices Manage workers, resolve on-ground issues, and ensure workforce efficiency Coordinate with the design and planning team for smooth operations Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering Hands-on experience with machining operations (CNC, lathe, milling, drilling, welding, Sheetmetal etc.) Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and tolerances Strong leadership and team management skills Basic knowledge of production planning and shop floor control Familiarity with workshop tools, safety norms, and material handling
