📍 Location: On-site | Bolpur, Shantiniketan, India 🕐 Full-time | Immediate Joiner Preferred About the Role: Ramsham Collection is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized E-commerce Operations Executive to manage daily backend operations for our online store and marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. This is an essential on-site role at our Bolpur office and requires someone who can independently handle all aspects of e-commerce processing, order management, and operations tracking. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Process and fulfill daily orders received on our website and various marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) • Verify order status: check delivery confirmations, track product issues, and ensure customer satisfaction • Maintain and update order and inventory sheets accurately on Google Sheets/Excel • Monitor payment statuses and confirm whether order amounts are reflected in the bank account • Sort, organize, and manage product images received from photoshoots in Google Drive • Maintain product databases with updated pricing, product details, and inventory levels • Collaborate with the team to ensure listings are live and updated on all marketplaces • Troubleshoot order or logistics issues and coordinate with respective support teams • Ensure timely dispatch, returns tracking, and resolution of any payment or product-related discrepancies ⸻ Who You Are: • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, operations, or admin roles (Freshers with strong organizational skills may also apply) • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and cloud storage (Google Drive) • Comfortable using seller panels on Amazon, Flipkart, etc. (training will be provided if needed) • Extremely detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with multitasking • Strong communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bolpur, Shantiniketan ⸻ What We Offer: • A stable, full-time, office-based position with learning opportunities across fashion and e-commerce • A dynamic and supportive work environment • Salary will be commensurate with experience ⸻ How to Apply: Please apply via LinkedIn or email your resume to ramshyamcollection@gmail.com with the subject line: Application for E-commerce Operations Executive – Ramsham Collection
