Job Purpose To deliver the projects in alignment with Brand Business Strategy and trade team by managing cross-functional teams to fulfill the ultimate objective of delivering the projects on time and within budget, including repair & maintenance of retail stores across all brands in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. Job Context & Major Challenges Key Challenges: Geographical conditions pose a challenge when stores have to be opened in remote locations. Travelling time forms a greater composition of total working hours. Executing the stores with franchise vendors, who are new for every project, without compromising the look and feel of the stores and identities. We have to educate all the different vendors for every project. Key Result Areas (KRAs) & Supporting Actions KRA 1: Store opening and renovation timeline (WCD to HOTVM for COCO and COFO with only registered vendors) Preparing work schedule and regular site visits. Multiple and regular communication/ coordination with stakeholders like VM, Design team, Landlord, Franchise, RBD team, vendors, Ops team. Organizing project steering meetings and sharing project reports. Completing all documentation like site visit reports, checklists, handover documents. Inviting estimates from vendors, vetting them, and sending to commercial team for PO creation. Target for project completion: 39 days. KRA 2: Vendor Development Developing vendors as per forecasted plan and immediate requirements. Target: 2 new vendors as required in the area. KRA 3: Quality Ensure standardized quality of work across stores. KRA 4: Repair & Maintenance Ensure repair and maintenance are carried out effectively and timely. KRA 5: Timelines Schedule the completion of work for each project. KRA 6: Addressing Snag List Clear all snags within the given timelines. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the retail agribusiness sector, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by understanding market trends and customer needs within the agricultural retail space. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and achieve financial targets for retail agri products and services. Provide expert advice and product recommendations to clients, ensuring they are aware of the latest offerings and solutions. Roles and Responsibilities Manage customer relationships to achieve sales targets for various financial products such as FDs, RDs, Life Insurance, General Insurance, etc. Identify new business opportunities through cross-selling and upselling existing customers needs. Develop a deep understanding of customers financial goals and objectives to provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Quality Management System (QMS) : Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the site's QMS. Ensure that the QMS is aligned with global standards, regulations, and customer expectations. Oversee all quality-related activities, including quality control, quality assurance, validation, and compliance. Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, including FDA, EMA, ISO, and other local and international standards. Prepare for and manage regulatory inspections and audits. Lead the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) resulting from audit findings or quality issues. Product Quality : Monitor the quality of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure they meet the required specifications. Investigate and resolve product quality issues and deviations. Implement robust testing, inspection, and review processes to ensure product quality and safety. Leadership & Team Management : Lead, mentor, and develop the site's quality team, ensuring continuous skill development and knowledge transfer. Foster a culture of quality across the site, engaging all employees in quality initiatives. Set performance goals for the quality department and drive improvements based on KPIs. Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization : Implement continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing tools such as Six Sigma, Lean, or other quality management methodologies. Analyze quality metrics, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions to improve processes and reduce deviations. Drive the optimization of quality processes to improve efficiency while maintaining compliance and high-quality standards. Supplier Quality Management : Manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure the quality of supplied materials meets regulatory and company standards. Conduct supplier audits and implement quality agreements to ensure ongoing compliance. Develop and implement supplier performance monitoring systems. Customer Complaint Handling : Lead the investigation and resolution of customer complaints related to product quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to root cause and prevent recurrence of complaints. Communicate with customers regarding quality-related issues and corrective actions taken. Training & Development : Oversee training programs for site employees on quality processes, regulatory compliance, and best practices. Ensure all personnel are trained and qualified to perform their jobs in accordance with the site's quality requirements.

E/B. Tech (Mechanical) 6 + year in API Utilities (Pharma experience must be required)

Overhauling & replacing faulty parts of process & utility equipment. Trouble shooting in case of any abnormality/breakdown & diagnosing the troubles. Responsible for undertaking maintenance, repairs, minor improvement works across the site Recording all maintenance records & reports for future reference Execute preventative and corrective maintenance of equipment s. Ensure work compliance as per job orders/work permits. Responsible for getting the material from Engineering Store for the respective work to be carried out. Ensure preventive maintenance has been carried out within schedule date. Ensure compliance of job order and closure of work permits. Responsible to check the breakdown/maintenance work pending from previous shift and report it. To maintain all document pertaining to maintenance. Responsible for Preventative maintenance of equipment &Documentation as per SOP of the site. Responsible for Safety CAPA execution at site. Handling all documentation as per GMP. Person should have computer skill to handle Maintenance related work. Knowledge of all safety norm as per industries. Knowledge of all safety work permit system as per industries standard.

Carrying out dispensing activities as per applicable procedure. Responsible for recording the observation of reaction parameters on the batch card as per approve procedure. Filling of all the batch card ( production cleaning) as per approved instruction Ensure verification of pH meters and weigh balances as per applicable procedures. Maintain work procedure, safety precaution and cGMP. Ensure housekeeping of plant and cleanliness of the equipment, update the equipment. Report accident and irregularities at the work station to the Shift Officer. To prepare the production batch card, protocol and other relative document of production ERP operation related to Production activities. Carrying out batch processing including raw material charging, unloading of material and sampling activities during intermediate production. Coordinating with QA for Online compliance of GMP at shop floor. All other Production related activities advised by the Superiors from time to time.

Overall responsible for New Project, Modification jobs activity in the plant as per requirement of site. Project management and execution of new and expansion project from Design to till handing over to plant. Also closing of project with capitalization. Responsible for execution of project with given time line. Compliance of all statutory & GMP requirement in new project. Design & compliance of safety practices at site and to ensure zero reportable incidents. Coordination with consultant for technical aspect. Evaluation of Design, drawing, technical specification as per Teva Standards. Procurement assistance to SCM for project. Installation and commissioning of project as per standard/ Teva guidelines. Indenting of material and technical evaluation of vendors. Coordination with all vendor/ consultant for deliverables. Responsible for project result, forecasting and controlling-project schedule & cost. Preparations of budget estimate for proposed/ new project. Your experience and qualifications B.E. / B.Tech(Mechanical) 8+ Years of experience.

In addition, know about investigation, CAPA management and Change control system

Role & responsibilities Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project execution plans, schedules, and resource plans. Oversee the complete project lifecycle from mobilization to commissioning of transmission line infrastructure (132kV to 765kV). Ensure timely execution of work as per project timelines and deliverables. Team & Contractor Management: Lead multidisciplinary teams including engineers, supervisors, and external contractors. Monitor contractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, timelines, and quality standards. Technical Oversight: Supervise foundation works, tower erection, stringing, and commissioning activities. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) teams for seamless integration and delivery. Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, vendors, consultants, and statutory authorities to ensure project alignment and approvals. Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. Risk & Quality Management: Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure adherence to quality standards and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) protocols throughout the project. Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets and control costs without compromising on quality and safety. Manage billing, documentation, and cash flow related to project execution. Preferred candidate profile Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors / Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. 10 to 15 years of experience in transmission line project execution, with at least 3 years in a project management role. Proven track record in executing EHV and UHV transmission line projects (220kV, 400kV, 765kV). Familiarity with project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, etc.). Key Skills & Competencies: Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities. In-depth knowledge of transmission line construction techniques and safety regulations. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
