About the Role We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented 3D Graphic Designer to join our design and visual communication team. You will be responsible for developing compelling and photo-realistic 3D visuals, animations, and graphics that align with our branding and marketing goals. This is a great opportunity for freshers who are passionate about design and looking to grow in the creative industry. Key Responsibilities Create 3D models, textures, lighting, and rendering for product designs, advertising campaigns, and marketing content. Develop animations and motion graphics for promotional materials and presentations. Design logos, banners, and print-ready artwork using tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW. Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to translate ideas into compelling visual designs. Ensure high-quality output aligned with brand aesthetics and project timelines. Stay updated with the latest trends in 3D design, animation, and visual storytelling. Required Skills Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, 3ds Max, Maya). Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW. Skills in logo design, print design, and banner design. Understanding of lighting, shading, and rendering techniques. Basic animation and motion graphics abilities are a plus. Good storytelling and visual composition skills.

Qualifications 1 Graduate in any stream or Diploma in Business Administration or other related courses. 2 Must have 3-5 years’ experience preferably in a similar industry 3 Strong understanding of job description, good stakeholder management & negotiating skills 4 Strong command over the English language, both spoken and written. Descriptions of job 1 Delivering documents and files within and outside the office premises. 2 Handling basic office cleanliness and upkeep. 3 Serving water, tea, and refreshments to staff and visitors. 4 Opening and closing office premises on time. 5 Assisting in photocopying, scanning, filing, and dispatching documents. 6 Monitoring and refilling office supplies as required. 7 Supporting staff in shifting files or office furniture as needed. 8 Maintaining confidentiality of office documents and work. 9 Running errands such as bank work, post office tasks, or purchasing small items. 10 Any other tasks assigned by the administrative team. 11 Familiarize yourself with various departmental SPOCs such as in Finance, Talent, IT, RRO etc as well as from within Admin in your office location for seamless synchronization of administrative work.
