Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Account Assistant to support our accounting department with day-to-day financial tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, processing invoices, handling petty cash, and ensuring accuracy in documentation. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing daily accounting entries (sales, purchase, payments, receipts). Maintain and update ledgers, bank reconciliations, and balance sheets. Process vendor bills, prepare invoices, and assist in GST/TDS entries. Help in payroll processing and expense tracking. Support in preparing monthly/quarterly financial reports. Maintain files and documentation for audits and internal records. Handle basic communication with vendors and clients regarding payments. Assist senior accountants in closing books and tax-related documentation. Requirements: Minimum qualification: B.Com or equivalent. 1–2 years of experience in accounts or finance (freshers with strong basics may apply). Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting procedures. Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Good written and verbal communication skills. Preferred: Familiarity with GST returns, TDS filings, and online banking portals. Experience in a corporate, trading, or manufacturing setup.
