Manpower Planning & Cost Analytics Collaborate with business units for workforce budgeting and cost forecasting. Conduct cost-of-hire, span of control, and productivity analysis to optimize workforce strategy. Partner with Finance for compensation budgeting and accruals. Job Title: HR Executive – Site Operations Experience: 2–5 years (Site HR/Admin experience preferred) Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and well-organized HR Executive to manage human resources and administrative functions at our wastewater treatment site in Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment coordination, attendance & payroll tracking, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and day-to-day office administration. Key Responsibilities Human Resources Functions: Maintain employee attendance records and support payroll processing Coordinate recruitment activities including onboarding and documentation Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (ESI, PF, etc.) Maintain HR files, employee data, and site personnel registers Support grievance handling and employee welfare initiatives Conduct basic training and ensure safety induction for new joiners Administrative Functions: Oversee daily administrative operations at the site (transport, accommodation, housekeeping, etc.) Coordinate with the HO for procurement, logistics, and resource requirements Handle documentation, mail correspondence, and filing systems Maintain stock registers for stationery, PPE, and office consumables Liaise with local authorities or service providers when required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR preferred) 2+ years of HR/Admin experience at industrial or project sites Knowledge of labor law compliance and statutory filings Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Language: English , hindi (Required) Work Location: In person
